Customer Management
Keeping a list of your customers helps you track their purchases, manage credit, and build relationships.
Viewing Your Customer List
Section titled “Viewing Your Customer List”- Tap “Customers” in the bottom navigation
- You see a list of all your customers
- The total count appears at the top (e.g., “89 customers”)
Each customer card shows:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Credit balance (if any, shown in orange/red)
- Last visit date
Searching for Customers
Section titled “Searching for Customers”Use the search bar at the top to find customers by name or phone number.
Filtering Customers
Section titled “Filtering Customers”Tap the filter pills below the search bar:

|---|---|
| All | All customers |
| No Balance | Customers who owe nothing |
| Has Balance | Customers who owe you money |
| Overdue | Customers whose credit is overdue (past 30 days) |
Adding a New Customer
Section titled “Adding a New Customer”-
Tap the add button
Tap the “Add Customer” button (top right).

Fill in the details

Save the customer
Tap “Add Customer” to save.
Viewing a Customer Profile
Section titled “Viewing a Customer Profile”Tap on any customer in the list to see their full profile:
Contact Information
Section titled “Contact Information”- Name, phone number, email, address
- Call button (opens your phone dialer)
- WhatsApp Reminder button (if they owe money)
Credit Status
Section titled “Credit Status”- Credit Limit — Maximum credit you allow
- Balance — How much they currently owe (shown in orange if positive)
- Available Credit — How much more credit they can take (Credit Limit minus Balance)
Action Buttons
Section titled “Action Buttons”- Call — Call the customer
- Send Reminder (WhatsApp) — Send a payment reminder (appears only when they owe money)
- Credit Limit — Update their credit limit
- Record Payment — Record a credit payment (appears only when they owe money)
Customer Statistics
Section titled “Customer Statistics”- Total amount spent (lifetime)
- Number of visits
- Average order value
- Last visit date
- Monthly purchase chart
Purchase History
Section titled “Purchase History”A timeline showing:
- Every sale (with amount and date)
- Every credit payment (with amount and date)
- Running balance after each transaction
Editing a Customer
Section titled “Editing a Customer”-
Open the profile
Tap on the customer in the list to open their profile.

Tap Edit
Tap the Edit button (pencil icon, top right).

Update and save
Update any fields and tap “Save Changes”.
Deleting a Customer
Section titled “Deleting a Customer”- Open the customer profile
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap “Delete Customer”
- Confirm the deletion
