Customer Management

Keeping a list of your customers helps you track their purchases, manage credit, and build relationships.

  1. Tap “Customers” in the bottom navigation
  2. You see a list of all your customers
  3. The total count appears at the top (e.g., “89 customers”)

Each customer card shows:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Credit balance (if any, shown in orange/red)
  • Last visit date

Use the search bar at the top to find customers by name or phone number.

Tap the filter pills below the search bar:

  1. Tap the add button

    Tap the “Add Customer” button (top right).

  2. Fill in the details

  3. Save the customer

    Tap “Add Customer” to save.

Tap on any customer in the list to see their full profile:

  • Name, phone number, email, address
  • Call button (opens your phone dialer)
  • WhatsApp Reminder button (if they owe money)
  • Credit Limit — Maximum credit you allow
  • Balance — How much they currently owe (shown in orange if positive)
  • Available Credit — How much more credit they can take (Credit Limit minus Balance)
  • Call — Call the customer
  • Send Reminder (WhatsApp) — Send a payment reminder (appears only when they owe money)
  • Credit Limit — Update their credit limit
  • Record Payment — Record a credit payment (appears only when they owe money)
  • Total amount spent (lifetime)
  • Number of visits
  • Average order value
  • Last visit date
  • Monthly purchase chart

A timeline showing:

  • Every sale (with amount and date)
  • Every credit payment (with amount and date)
  • Running balance after each transaction
  1. Open the profile

    Tap on the customer in the list to open their profile.

  2. Tap Edit

    Tap the Edit button (pencil icon, top right).

  3. Update and save

    Update any fields and tap “Save Changes”.

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap “Delete Customer”
  4. Confirm the deletion
