Plans and Billing

SabiBooks has a free plan that covers the basics, plus paid plans that unlock more room to grow and extra features. This page explains what each plan includes and how to manage your subscription from inside the app.

SabiBooks has four plans. Prices are shown inside the app — open Subscription → View plans to see the current price for each one.

All plans include the core of SabiBooks: recording sales at the POS, managing your products and stock, and sharing receipts.

The Free plan is genuinely useful on its own. It includes these allowances:

Upgrading raises your allowances (more products, customers, staff, branches, and sales) and unlocks extra features:

Higher limits

Starter, Business, and Pro raise or remove the Free caps on products, customers, staff, sales, and expenses.

Clean receipts

Business and Pro remove the “Powered by SabiBooks” footer from your receipts (white-label).

Loan Pack included

On Business and Pro, the Loan Readiness Pack is included — no per-pack payment.

Top Services report

Business and Pro unlock the Top Services report for service-based revenue.

Multiple branches

Business and Pro let you run more than one branch under the same business.

API access and priority support

Pro adds direct API access for integrations and a priority support channel.

You manage everything from the Subscription area (visible to the business owner).

  1. Open Subscription

    Tap “Subscription” in the menu. You will see your current plan, your usage, and your renewal date.

  2. Change your plan

    Tap “View plans” (or “Change plan”) to open the side-by-side comparison. Pick a plan and follow the prompts to pay with Paystack (card or transfer).

  3. View billing history

    From the Subscription page, open “Billing history” to see your past invoices. Tap any invoice to view or download it.

  4. Manage payment methods

    Open “Payment methods” to add or update the card used for renewals.
